2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Personal care products, innerwear, or hygiene-related items.

  • Electronics or gadgets once seal is broken.

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).


3. Return Process

  3. Once approved, return the product via the assigned delivery person or courier partner.

The customer must pay the courier return charge directly to the delivery person at the time of returning the product.
